1. Went to Customer (C10061) and then to Subscriptions 2. Picked VOIP Services and then 3. Selected Subscriber # for Alliston (7055306936) 4. Opened this Subscriber and entered an Edit mode 5. There is an options – New Address for Service Address (small blue print) and by pressing this print entered into a new screen allowing me to define a new address 6. Pressed <Save> button and system came back saying that the operation was successful but address was not changed.
