Additional configurations and modification (customizations)

The following steps are to be followed for customer-specific configurations and customizations:

1. Design & code customized Invoice templates as required.
2. Design & code the various Usage Import templates according (Avalo CDRs, and other external usage data) as required.
3. Define, design & code any custom reports that may be required.
4. Define, design & code any other templates that may be required; (Customer Statement, Sales Quotation, Commission Reports, etc.).
5. Define, design & code any other custom modifications that may be required. (APIs, other functionalities).

Billing Configuration

1. Configure the Financial Institution parameters, test the integrations and train customer to maintain them.
2. Establish Commission Plans and train customer to enter & maintain them.

Customers Data Configuration

1. . Define & add any custom fields that may be required and train the necessary SmartBilling users to enter & maintain them.
2. . Configure the various operational parameters and train customer to maintain them
