Customers

SmartBilling focuses on customers as the key and most important element of the system. Any business exists thanks to its customers and for that reason it is located at the first place of the left navigation pane. This functionality will be used by Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Administration and while Implementation. Here you can configure the fields that the customer information should contain, manage the customer accounts and its subscriptions, search, create reports add products, miscellaneous charges, manage contacts and customer´s locations.
