Invoice 'Regenerate' Action button
The 'Regenerate' option on the Action button in a list of Invoices will re-create the .PDF file of the invoice. Say, for instance, you change a customer’s preferred language from French to English. All invoices prior to the change would be in French, and after the change, they would be generated in English.
You can manually re-generate the older invoices and they will be regenerated in English. The same concept applies if you change things like the Terms & Conditions, the Message box, etc. - the content of these presentation boxes will change from French to English.
Re-generating an invoice will NOT change any quantities, amounts or line-item descriptive content (French descriptive content will stay in French). It only changes the presentation content. (column headings, etc.).
